Shipping Policy

UK Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–3 working days.

Standard UK delivery is £4.99.

Orders of £75 or more qualify for free standard UK delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control.

You will receive tracking details once your order has been shipped, where tracking is available.

International Delivery

We may offer delivery to selected international destinations.

International shipping costs are calculated according to the destination and will be shown at checkout before payment.

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Customs procedures may cause delays beyond our estimated delivery times.

Dispatch

Orders placed on weekends or UK bank holidays will normally be processed on the next working day.

During particularly busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer than usual.

Delivery Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address when placing an order.

If you notice an error in your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once an order has been dispatched.

Delayed or Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact us and we will help investigate the delivery.

Please allow for reasonable carrier delays before reporting an order as missing.

Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the parcel and affected items so that we can put things right.
